Kickin' it Higher was born in 2024 in the heart of Nashville’s legendary Music Row, a place where connection, creativity, and community are part of everyday life.

We grew up loving the energy of a good bar. The rituals. The music. The feeling of being part of something bigger. But as much as we loved raising a glass, we also saw the pressure behind it, the idea that if you weren’t drinking alcohol, you weren’t fully in.

We knew that wasn’t true.

Alcohol can be fun. But it isn’t the only way to have fun. And it isn’t the only way to connect.

For too long, social culture has offered just one path. One way to unwind. One way to belong. We believe there should be more. Because not everyone wants alcohol. Yet everyone wants to feel included. Everyone wants to relax, celebrate, and be themselves.

Kicking it Higher exists to expand how people connect. To create space for choice. To honor individuality. Because wellness shouldn’t mean isolation. And fun shouldn’t come with compromise.
